Hébergement :

The Holiday cottage can sleep 12 people as follows :

• One 2-bed bedroom
• one 5-bed bedroom
  
• a 5-bed studio..

Each bedroom has a  shower, sink and toilet.
The studio also has a corner cooker with sink, a hob, a refrigerator, crockery and kitchens utensils for cooking.

The living room :
Located on the ground floor, this 70 ms² area has :
Fireplace,
Kitchen including dishwashe ,
2 hobs (electricity & gas)and of 2 ovens
This area is separated by a bar and gives onto the garden where there is a  table, chairs and a barbecue.
We include cleaning products and crockery, kitchen utensils .
Clean linens are made available to you

Jardin :
Table, chairs and barbecue

Réservation :
The reservation is confirmed upon receipt of a reservation deposit..

Payment :
The balance of payment is required on arrival .

Check-in and Check-out :
Generally, check-in is at 4pms and check-out before 10 am
These can be flexible depending on subsequent or prior bookings of the holiday cottage.

Security  :
A security deposit of 500 € is required at the beginning of your stay
This deposit will be fully repaid on departure so long as no breakage or loss occurs.

Cleanliness :
At check-out, in bedrooms, we ask you "to strip" the beds.
All rooms should be in the same state on departure as at Check-in.
A housecleaning service can be provided for  70 euros. Please ask on  reservation.

Assurance :
We decline all responsibility for damages suffered by you or to your belongings.
You should take your own insurance.

Pets :
Pets are welcome so long as we are made aware of them at the time of reservation.
We merely request that the pets do not cause any issues of security or damage to the house or contents and that basic rule of cleanliness are maintained.
